I've tested 500-1,000 customer support solutions across 10+ industries, including hospitality, and I found a gap in all of them.
They are too basic. They can't help guests, especially in complex situations. They can't provide personalized recommendations at scale and they can't have a real back and forth conversation.
As a guest myself, I didn't like these outdated solutions; they didn't help me enough. That was one of the reasons I started this company to help the hospitality sector get the most out of AI and save millions of dollars yearly.

I'm Yutong Xue, Co-founder & CTO at Skjotr.
I'm a technical founder with an MS in Computational Science and Engineering from Rice University, where I specialized in building scalable AI systems and multi-agent LLM pipelines.
At Skjotr, we build reliable AI systems that feel natural in conversation, personalize recommendations at scale, and integrate cleanly with ecommerce workflows. My focus is product velocity with quality — shipping pragmatic, secure features that help luxury brands convert more while preserving brand voice.
